| To apply for a position at Advanced Placement, you can fill out an employment application, which can be found at our office, or send your resume via email, fax or mail. We will next review your applications and resumes to assess potential employment. If a possible fit is perceived, we will contact you for an initial interview. In some cases, there are no current positions available that match your specific qualifications. If this occurs, we will retain your information for any future openings. If your qualifications match a specific job description, we will contact you. The actual hiring process consists of interviews with employment specialists, as well as with members of the company for which you are applying. We also utilize employment testing, to assess different competencies that are related to your successful performance on the job. In addition to these assessments of your skills, we will also check your work-related references as thoroughly and with as many sources as possible. You may also be asked to submit to an employment physical and drug screen test after an offer of employment has been made.
